RockmusicRaider Review - Summoning - Oath Bound - Album CoverSome voices out there declare that only new – as in brand new – records can get a review. To go back and contemplate good ‘ol tunes from the past is forbidden devilry. To be squished quickly, blown to smithereens with this mighty Thor’s hammer surely in their possession.

And you know what?

From a click rate or sharing standpoint, this is absolutely correct. But RockmusicRaider likes to do things a bit differently sometimes and break stuff, if need be.

RockmusicRaider Review - Summoning - With Doom We Come - Album Cover It is interesting how fantasy novels draw Black Metal acts to them. Yet in truth, the tune they play is no ‘proper’ Black Metal anymore, if there ever was such a thing.

RockmusicRaider Newsflash - Winterlore - Winterlore - Album Cover

Fancy a juice dripping slice of Black Metal today?

Winterlore formed way back in 2004 and survived through a lot of trepidation to the present day. Their base is Salt Lake City, the HQ of the mighty Mormon church, no less. I always have to chuckle when writing about Black Metal [...] Click to raid more!
