The RMR clip scouts stumbled across Feuerschwanz and their new video Bastard von Asgard. Meaning, ’tis their second appearance on this ‘zine – and that is quite a dastardly feat for a parody band to pull off over here. But then, Feuerschwanz proved to be more metal than some of those other overly silly funny bunnies out there.

The Pagan World of Metallics is vast. You get all sorts of street performers with scant knowledge of the good ol’ times when Gaia’s forces were – supposedly – in charge. Often they wear strange rags, holler incomprehensive screechy monologues, and stomp weirdly around the stage.

They’re like satellites that never connect to planet RMR. Bands that somehow float about our very own solar system, but more on an impossibly erratic course than the usual ellipse.
