I think it was his very own record Entrance to the Otherwhere that introduced this crew to Rogga Johansson and his ways. And since then, the man with the most prolific artistic loins known to the modern metal world has never left this zine. And how could he? Wherever we turn in Northern-leaning Death Metal, suddenly, his bearded mug appears from the props.

We already heard from Rogga Johansson this year. Thorium‘s the name of the band and the man assisted with guitars and riffs, so I understand. A bastardly thingy that finally found our good graces somewhere down the road.

And as no year can pass by without multiple Rogga attacks, here he returns with his flagship act Paganizer. And we’re again in the meat packers’ district. Rogga Johansson is probably one of the most prolific creators of heavy music out there. There’s a seemingly endless stream of Death Metal projects he’s calling his own or is involved in.
