Seraina Telli - Addicted to Color - Album Cover

Seraina Telli. The name floated about the rocksphere for a while and popped up here and there in our backyard. Mainly as an up-and-coming talented frontwoman both for metal and rock. So, here her solo band project finally hit the swampy depths of our review pipe with a colorful splash. And we can’t ignore that. The vilest creatures metal can cough up usually crawl and slither around down there. And Addicted to Color isn’t even metal. So, rock it is and that’s good. Not a play to be missed on that big plane of events that 2023 still is for extreme music.

Meet Gabriel Cavazzini‘s new project Kahrmalia and its debut album Misanthropic Euphoric Essentia. Usually, we ain’t too fond of one-man projects. This jack-of-all-trades thing often backfires on quality and production. … [...] Click to raid more!

Aawks - Heavy on the Cosmic - Album Cover

Do you remember the ’70s when the hairy youngsters of the day just smoked or ingested anything in sight until it fumed out of their ears?1 Weed, mushrooms, mescaline, LSD, and plain dope were the fashionable substances back then. Ah, the things people did to themselves for free love2 and cosmic wisdom. Extended reach of the brain was all the rage. So you could get a taste of some elusive alien knowledge or something. Only that this brutal treatment fried a lot of said brains back into the stone age. Not that things improved a lot ever since, … [...] Click to raid more!
