Queensrÿche endlessly fascinated us with their early work. They had some great hits later, too, but were never quite able to recreate this unique sound from Geoff Tate‘s glorious days. However, the band found a great replacement in the highly talented Todd La Torre back in 2012. And in time, the band managed to up the ante and produce material that seems to harken back in style and crispness to the olden golden days of this band’s glory.

Twitter – A Threat to Your SEO Score?

The RMR crew already had a few run-ins with the folks over at Twitter. But it was mostly about minor stuff. Concerns about the makeup of their website, the Dorsey-man’s frightening gobbledygook and what have you. But by and large, the site worked well at a reasonably reliable level and sported a stout following of the rock and metal community. And that’s also the only reason why the RMR Social Media folks even bothered with a heavily censured, low-value messaging app mainly populated by elitists, politicians, colorful celebrities, miscellaneous artists, and misguided government bodies.

Ah, the woes of Pop Metal out there in the alloy-infested wild. Some of it is good, and most of it is bad. But they all are energetic to a point, somewhere up there with the Power Metal folks. Only that the majority of those records feels like a maniacal Barbie Cheesefest for grownups with a metal twist. And that netted some big bands like Amaranthe the might of our terrible banhammer.
