Video: Aeons rage against the Machines!

Aeons - Machines - Video Cover

The islanders are at it again. Earlier this year, RMR covered Aeons‘ latest full-length The Ghosts of What We Knew. A powerful and very good record that garnered pretty sturdy criticism nonetheless. But things can change once a band chooses one of their tracks to elaborate further. Deep dives with often astonishing outcomes.

So, here the band’s back with a brand-new clip for their second-to-last song Machines. A clip that stopped the RMR crew dead in its tracks. The clip doesn’t shine with flamboyant cinematography throwing a thousand details at you all at once. You know, like … [...] Click to raid more!

Entomophthora – Instinctual Disease (2024) – Review

Entomophthora - Instinctual Disease - Album Cover

After the disappointing performance of the Rogga Brigade, the RMR crew yearned for some trve brutality. Death Metal ready to rip the flesh off your bones. Veilburner – The Duality of Decapitation and Wisdom (2024) – Review

Veilburner - The Duality of Decapitation and Wisdom - Album Cover

In fact, the bossman himself wrote a memo to staff to stop concentrating on this particular piece of loud-mouthed muck full of pseudo-occultism and chickens left whole. But for some reason, rulez were disobeyed and red lines crossed to get over the finishing line with this here record. Veilburner fomenting dissent and revolution over at RMR HQ? Looks like it. But this – thing got one seething hot … [...] Click to raid more!

And that is where Blighted Eye strut onto the scene like the bright green Cookie Monster. I’m hearing, Agony’s Bespoke rides into battle on the tale of Clare, a deported convict violently abused by Australian settlers, as described in the 2018 movie ‘The Nightingale’. And to transform these brutal moving pictures into an Extreme Metal piece definitely turns this slightly nauseating tale into a damned great storyline. Thus as the lore goes, … [...] Click to raid more!
