The ingredients? Unlimited rage and blackened, crusty Hardcore Metal and Crust Punk. Throw in some melodic elements and ready is Moloch, the first full length studio album of the German band Ancst.

Their somewhat unusual credo of wanting to be – and I quote “anti-fascist, anti-sexist, anti-religion, death to NSBM” adds some additional spice to the overall delivery.

What happens if you name a band after an archipelago splashed into the Arctic Ocean?

Well, the Bristol-based band Svalbard happens, releasing a surprisingly crunchy debut full-length and amazingly crusty Hardcore Metal album called One Day All This Will End.

Recorded and mixed by Lewis Johns at The Ranch, Southampton. Mastered by Brad Boatright at Audiosiege. LP Cover Art has been delivered by Serena Cherry, who also fronts the band as their lead vocalist.
