RockmusicRaider Review - Et Moriemur - Ex Nihilo in Nihilum - Album CoverSometimes records sit in the review pipe for no good reason for a very long time. And get passed over time and time again, just to be rediscovered more by accident than by design. This so happened with the Dying Ones from the Czech Republic. In 2014 Et Moriemur unleashed a pretty underrated Doom Metal album called Ex Nihilo In Nihilum via Solitude Productions. Just to get a re-issue very late in 2016 by Minotauro Records. So, why feature this album on the blog now, so very long after the fact?

Intermittent Digest – Tome V

RockmusicRaider Editorial - Tome VIt is high time for a new update of the latest state of affairs and exciting findings on the RMR website. Last year however the RockmusicRaider deck crew experienced a massive slowdown of output to the trusted readers. Got hooked? Raid this some more...

RockmusicRaider Review - Vanha - Within The Mist fo Sorrow - Album Cover2016 was a pretty good year for all things doom, methinks. RockmusicRaider just released a review on the US band Khemmis and their kind of progressive and melodious doomish self. And – whoom – here we go again. The fearless RMR scout team just unearthed a tasty morsel of a similar ilk from very late in 2016. But mostly delivered in best, growly Doom Metal fashion – with clear vocals and croaks expertly mixed. And the team here thought that the slowly chugging beat of My Dying Bride could not be bested. But the Swedish act Vanha with their début Within the Mist of Sorrow are a sure contender to do just that.Got hooked? Raid this some more...
