Non Serviam. An anarchistically driven chaos troupe masquerading as a metal band. Their last record, Le Coeur Bat,1 was so atrociously underwater that it didn’t even make it to publication over here. And perhaps we should have let it air on the RMR zine. This would mean that two zero-rated records would dwell in our statistics today. Not the greatest idea, by the way. Does anybody remember the folks of SAVN? The Gothic Metal jockeys with only one self-titled album to their credit, dating back to 2014. The one fronted by Carmen Elise Espenæs, you know, Liv Kristine‘s sister. Now, this record was literally the first really failed record of this zine’s long career. And we’re still traumatised. But to this day, we just can’t stand the weak tea metal this record exudes in abundance.

Holy moly, I never knew we were going to review a W.A.S.P. record. The RMR crew steered clear of that overly glamorous genre for some time.
