The RMR crew discovered Sangre de Muérdago (blood of mistletoe) more by accident than by design. One late night with rain hitting the roof, I set out to find some vile metal to rumble across my stomach and blur the screams in my head. Instead, I found a gem of a pig-headed version of folk. Neo-Pagan and Dark Folk fascinate me, in a geeky kind of way. It’s an archaic multiverse of sorts that seeks to recreate long bygone times that were – supposedly – aligned to Gaia’s consciousness. You know, those times when we were all dancing around the fires and painting weird symbols on rocks.
