RockmusicRaider Video - Dark Sarah - The Gods Speak - Single Cover

Dark Sarah always kind of moved about the periphery of the RockmusicRaider rocky multiverse. Often just a short radar blip on occasion, the RMR deck crew nevertheless is pretty conscious of them. Now, we just stumbled across their newest video The Gods Speak.

And at first it feels like your usual Symphonic Metal piece of work. But then take this: The track features Marko Hietala (Nightwish) and Zuberoa Aznárez (Tragul, Diabulus in Musica). ‘Tis a pretty cool constellation. And why am I not surprised to see Zuberoa all [...] Click to raid more!

RockmusicRaider Review - Ostura - The Room - Album CoverI am amazed. These guys managed to get the attention of Arjen Lucassen (Ayreon, Guilt MachineStream of Passion, The Gentle Storm), plus secured the services of a felt gazillion of additional guest performers from 12 countries.

So, luckily we have some exceptions. Now, AfterTime state their influences to be Nightwish, Within Temptation, Epica[...] Click to raid more!

RockmusicRaider Review - Diabulus in Musica - Dirge for the Archons - Album CoverOften in the metal universe, a new album is somewhat of a Pandora’s Box. Or the bottle with the genie that, once released, won’t fit back into it.

Now, I had somewhat of an issue with Argia last time we looked at Diabulus in Musica. And the juicy comments from some punks from the Ministry of Love to get lost over it were interesting, too.

The dreary black career cliff a band must navigate around usually looms at the sophomore effort. With Diabulus in Musica it was the junior record that got them [...] Click to raid more!
